Please note: During check-out you have the option to get a membership on top for only 1399 sek including the course. This four-week beginner course is perfect for those new to bouldering or looking to refine their basic skills. You’ll learn essential climbing techniques, movement principles, and key terminology while getting valuable tips and tricks to progress safely and efficiently. Each session focuses on: ✔ Fundamental climbing techniques – balance, footwork, and grip ✔ Bouldering lingo – understand climbing terms and problem-solving strategies ✔ Safety & falling techniques – learn how to fall correctly and land safely ✔ Climbing tips & tricks – improve efficiency and make the most of your sessions 💡 After completing the 4 training sessions, you are welcome to book another set of 4 sessions to continue building your skills! If you reach level 4, you can move on to the intermediate group. You can choose to book the course with or without a membership during checkout. You can rent shoes for 49kr.
