1. Right of Withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. Notify us at info@blx.rocks or visit our gym to start the return process.

2. How to Return Items

Return items at our Gym with your receipt or order number.

3. Item Condition

Items must be unused and in original packaging. We may refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return, and will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

For damaged or faulty items, contact us immediately at info@blx.rocks. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

1. Pickup Times

You can collect your order every day between 14:00 and 21:00 at BLX Bouldering Club.

2. Delays

If you cannot pick up your order within the specified times, please contact us at info@blx.rocks to arrange an alternative pickup time.
