Get to your next level and meet new climbing friends! The climbing groups are supervised by one of our fantastic trainers.​ Together you can work on technique, strength and more! Courses are an amazing way to improve your confidence on the wall and meet new people!

For both beginners and experienced climbers, we offer personalized training sessions, either one-on-one or in pairs. Our sessions can cover a range of topics, including developing effective warm-ups, injury prevention, and technique improvement.

Experience a unique team-building activity with bouldering. For just 250 SEK per person, enjoy entrance, safety briefing, warm-up, and 90 minutes of expert coaching, plus additional climbing time.

Join on us at 18:00 every other Thursday for fun-packed climbing evening for women and girls.  The even starts with a warm-up, followed by  fun games and ice-breakers. You are then welcome to climb together, exchange advice, support each other, and make new friends! We welcome climbers of all levels, regardless of if you are a complete beginner or a seasoned  climber.
