Welcome to our Beginner Bouldering Training! You are new to bouldering and climb pink (1) to blue (3) routes at our gym? This program is designed specifically for you. We understand that as a beginner, you have unique needs and challenges, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN Climbing Basics: Get acquainted with the essential techniques, terminology, and equipment to make your bouldering experience enjoyable and safe. Warm-Up Routines: Discover the importance of warming up and learn effective routines to prepare your body for climbing, reducing the risk of injury. Falling Safely: Falling is a natural part of climbing. We’ll teach you how to fall safely to build your confidence on the wall and minimize the risk of injury. Body Positioning: Learn how to position your body effectively on the wall to optimize your climbing technique. Understanding balance and weight distribution will make a significant difference in your performance. Tips and Tricks: From foot placements to grip techniques, you’ll receive practical advice to enhance your climbing skills and make the most of your training sessions.
