1. Rental Agreement & Booking Confirmation

 

A rental request must be approved by BLX before payment is made.

Once payment is received, the booking is binding and non-refundable.

The rental period and return deadline are strictly enforced.

2. Pickup & Return Policy

 

Pickup Times:

• Evening before rental starts: 19:00 - 21:00

• Morning of the booked day: From 08:00

 

Return Deadline:

• Before 21:00 on the last booked rental day

• Late returns will result in additional charges (see Section 3).

3. Late Returns & Additional Charges

 

If the crash pad is returned after 21:00 on the last booked day, a late fee of X SEK per day will apply.

If the crash pad is not returned within 48 hours after the agreed return time and no contact has been made, BLX reserves the right to charge the full replacement cost.

4. Customer Responsibility & Damage Policy

 

The customer is responsible for returning the crash pad in the same condition as it was rented.

Any significant damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in an additional repair or replacement fee.

The customer must notify BLX immediately if the crash pad is damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period.

5. Liability Disclaimer

 

BLX is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during the use of the crash pad.

The customer assumes all risks associated with outdoor climbing and the use of rented equipment.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

 

Once a booking is approved and payment is made, it is non-refundable.

In case of unforeseen circumstances, BLX may allow rescheduling at its discretion, depending on availability.
